Payment
We accept online payments via Sage Pay (formerly Protx), a secure online payment gateway.
Payment by cheque. Payments made by cheque can take up to 10 days to clear, and unfortunately we will not be able to process your order until then. Cheques should be made payable to Oakley Products Limited and sent to Oakley Products Limited, Unit E Crawley House, Shelton Road, Corby, Northamptonshire, NN17 5XH. Tel. 01536 260552
Credit card payments can be taken over the phone. If you should wish to use this method please call 01536 260552.
Delivery Charges
We believe our delivery terms are extremely competitive.
Small items such as plastic track components and single packs of curtain rings will be sent by first class Royal Mail whenever possible and at varying charges according to weight and dimensions. Single packs of hooks, joiners, gliders, end stops etc. will be popped in the post for you for only £1.75, whilst bulkier items such as brackets, overlap sets and cording sets will cost up to £3.00. Multiple items may cost up to £7.95. As you add items to your shopping cart you will see the carriage charge change. These charges apply to UK mainland only.
All other items will be delivered by next day courier service. By viewing your cart as you add items, you will be able to see the carriage charge which has been applied. We offer FREE delivery for orders over £75 which are delivered to UK Mainland.
Delivery of parcels containing long lengths of poles/tracks to offshore addresses and Highlands and Islands may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge, in which event we will contact you to discuss this. Standard size parcels to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands and Hebrides and Northern and Southern Ireland will be subject to our standard delivery terms whenever possible.
Delivery Time
Customers can expect to receive delivery in 1-3 working days after receipt of order, provided order is placed before 11.30 am. On many products we can offer a next day service on orders placed before 4.45pm and we will endeavour to achieve this. However, when delivery date is critical please call us to enable us to check availability before placing your order.

Delivery Information
Please check that the delivery address you have given, including post code, is totally accurate. If it is possible to give us additional delivery information such as – if not in, please leave with neighbour at no. x, this is really helpful.
If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct.
If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Correct Number of Parcels
Please check the delivery note for the amount of parcels you should receive. If they are not all delivered it is very important you write on the delivery note the number of parcels you have received and contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. If you sign for the amount of parcels shown on the delivery note but report later that they were not delivered we will not be able to process any claim for the missing item.
Refusing Goods
Any item that is refused at the delivery address for any reason will incur additional carriage charges. We will be charged for the item to be returned to us, which you will be liable for and there will be an additional charge for resending the item. This extra delivery cost must be paid before the item is resent.

Refunds
If you are not happy with any of your purchases from our site, you may return the item within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods, but please contact us first. On the condition that all goods returned are received in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, your credit/debit card will be credited with a full refund (including the cost of outgoing postage & packaging if Simply! Curtain Poles are at fault).
If you wish to return goods for credit which were sent out correctly by us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee. This will normally be the cost of sending the goods out to you, plus the cost of return and a small administration fee of £2.50.
Security
Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.
